Yes, we realize this is a major departure from what we usually cover on The MEEP, but the Chinese occupation of Tibet and the more recent violence against buddhist monk protesters is something that Silke and I are both very passionate about. So today, Silke and I joined thousands of other people from all over the world who came to San Francisco to protest during the only North American leg of the Olympic relay for the Summer Olympics in Beijing.
